Photographer Heather Mosher discovered her passion for photography at an early age, with an eye for capturing the heart, as well as the beauty of each individual. Her natural talent and dynamic creativity shape each session, coining her style as everything from modern and editorial to warm and romantic.
Heather takes an unstructured approach to photography, preferring to follow her small clients around as they uncover new surroundings. She takes the time to interact and adjust to each child’s comfort level in order to reveal his/her unique personality in every photo. As a natural light photographer, studio light will never be a part of your child's session, only the beautiful glowing light of the sun!
Childhood is golden, but it is also fleeting. Preserving those golden moments is Heather's promise to you. Encapsulating each client's individuality is the focus of every session. Traditional poses and "say cheese" smiles will never be a part of your experience.
Heather works with her husband John Mosher, a musician. John act's in the role of baby wrangler, set designer and art director on each shoot. Together they live in John's home town of Branchburg NJ in a beautiful 200 year old farm house with their four children, a cat and one fish. In their free time they enjoy spending hours wandering local flea markets, listening to music together, exploring historical sites and spending time outdoors with their children going on adventures! Heather has a love of candle making, her herb gardens and re-purposing old furniture. John spends his free time writing music, playing out with his band and woodworking.
